Outdated and inaccurate! Looked myself up (while working there) and they had my info from many jobs before. Wrong email and phone number. Don’t use if you want accuracy.

My experience with ZoomInfo has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the start, the platform felt overpriced for what it actually delivers. The sales process sets high expectations, but once you’re in, the value just isn’t there. The data quality is inconsistent—many of the contacts are outdated, inaccurate, or simply not useful for real outreach. When you’re relying on a tool like this for business development, bad data quickly becomes a serious problem. Another major issue is the contract structure. The agreements are large, rigid, and difficult to get out of. It feels less like a partnership and more like you’re locked into something that doesn’t evolve with your needs. There’s very little flexibility, and the cost is hard to justify given the results. What stood out most to me is the overall approach to customers. Good business, in my view, is about mutual growth—both sides benefiting and building something sustainable. My experience here felt very one-sided, where the focus seemed to be on maximizing revenue rather than delivering real value to customers. In the end, I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. There are other tools and platforms out there that offer better data quality, more transparency, and a more customer-focused approach.

ZoomInfo has been a great product overall. As an actual customer, I find it very easy to use and the data is reliable. The platform also provides strong intent signals which makes it easier to find the right prospects. I especially like how you can identify and contact prospects directly from the portal. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and have no complaints.

this is a 100% overpriced database of contacts
this is a 100% overpriced database of contacts. the issue is not having contacts, the issue is that they have sold a dream to small business about getting leads. not a single lead has been converted, forget about conversion, there has not been a single conversation as a result of the effort. now i had a dedicated resource doing this for 6 months and no results. i had several people try to generate leads but to no avail. i have pleaded them to stop my contract and they dont even answer and the charge me a good 4 grand every quarter.

Over all the experience is great
Over all the experience is great. Very helpful in my day to day. One thing that could improve is the meshing of contacts. Sometimes persons from a different organization will end up somewhere they shouldn't because the company name is similar.
