What's allowed

• Reviews based on a genuine experience you had with the company
• Honest opinions — both positive and critical
• Specific details about the product, service, or interaction
• Constructive feedback that helps other consumers and the business

What's not allowed

• Reviews you were paid or rewarded to write
• Reviews of your own business, employer, or competitor
• Personal data, harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Reviews that promote unrelated products or external links
