The shelves are cheaper quality
The shelves are cheaper quality. Cost versus quality is very far apart. I would not recommend the shelving to anyone in the market

Excellent Service
The true test of a company's customer service is how they handle problems. When I reported a slight delay with the shipping company to Work Van Equipment, Yahel took charge and managed the situation until my items were delivered. You could tell she actually cared about solving the issue and I have to say she went above and beyond!

When I called to ask for equipment differences and what would work best for me, the staff on the phone was very knowledgable and kind. She worked well with me and was able to easily answer all my equipment questions.
