Cudos to Agent Shiraz
Cudos to Agent Shiraz! I was hoping the weather would hold on the cooler side for my shipment when I triggered my case to be shipped, and did not add the ice packs. Shortly after that, the weather predictions were heading to be hotter in the route to San Diego. I contacted Wine Spies, hoping the shipment had not been picked up yet, and asked if it was possible to still add the ice packs. Agent Shiraz responded very quickly and was able to add the ice packs! A BIG thank you Agent Shiraz!

Wine spies on duty
Wine spies has been a great value for special wine purchases. I have created 4 cases over the last 5 years or so and have never been disappointed. Discounts average around 50% for excellent wines. The staff, particularly agent shiraz, have been very receptive to assisting me when needed. No subterfuge on their part.

Wine Spies is amazing
Wine Spies is amazing! I've had such a great experience with them. In addition, anytime I need anything addressed from wine spies I get top notch service. I recently had an issue with a wine that went bad and Agent Shiraz went above and beyond to be more than fair with the solution.

Secret Deals in a crowded Wine World
Wine Spies brings unique, top quality wines to me at a fraction of the retail cost. I love the variety available and the 'locker' feature which allows me to accumulate bottles to receive free shipping. Their customer service is outstanding as well! I recently made a mistake in my order and they immediately jumped in and fixed it for me. I highly recommend Wine Spies! But just don't buy the limited bottles I want ... ;)

Wine Spies Makes it Right Again
I have been a customer of Wine Spies for over 10 years and have always had great service. Living in south Florida, there is a small window in which we can ship wine and WS has been so accommodating during the long, (9 mo.) summers we have. Recently, they ran a special to customers which was sent out hours after my last purchase. I contacted them and Agent Moscato responded quickly and credited me towards my next purchase. That made me happy. While the wine is the reason I go to Wine Spies, the customer service, after the sale is why I stay.
