Wonderful people on the calls!!
I really appreciated the advice! I was able to get through immediately, and it was so comforting because my dog had grabbed a tube of ointment and chewed through it, and I didn't know if it would be harmful. I was so happy to have that help and peace of mind. It's a great resource. I've tapped into it, I think, a couple of times now, and I really appreciate it. Everybody is so helpful and so nice!

The lady i talked to was really helpful and understanding, unfortunately the price has increased and so I am not finding the insurer value for money and will be looking for a more affordable pet insurer.
