The food is great
The food is great, and the customer service is excellent! Every person who sees our lab, including the vet- comments on how beautiful he is and how soft his coat is. However, I dislike the new packaging which takes much longer to defrost in water, and peeling the tops is hard. I used to just used scissors to cut the defrosted packs in half- one went in his bowl and the other a container for dinner. Now it is more difficult.

My first dog that I adopted used to…
My first dog that I adopted used to leave most of her kibble almost all day…now it’s gone in under 2 minutes…2nd dog a couple of months later now jumps up to her food bowl before I can put it on the floor!! They love it!! I also have started using the freeze dried kibble now as their treats as opposed to the other stuff with too many other ingredients!!

WeFeedRaw is truly amazing
WeFeedRaw is truly amazing. My pup has ate it since he came home at 8 weeks. He’s a standard Goldendoodle and is growing perfectly. I was concerned since he is a large breed but my vet said he’s perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Im currently doing 50% until Buddy is full size.

Fantastic
The food has always arrived on time, high quality, and simply fantastic all the way around. I’ve had to reach out to customer service multiple times to get things adjusted with our order, change protein source, shipment dates, etc. and they’ve been amazing every time. They’re so quick to reply and it’s extremely simple via text message.

the raw food hard to open
It’s the raw food. It’s hard to get it out of the package. They should have a package that you can just rip apart without using a knife.

I am just transitioning my 6 mo lab…
I am just transitioning my 6 mo lab puppy, Steven, to this food. I’m not sure I want to feed this exclusively as I don’t care to spend $500 a month on dog food. But I do want to do like a half and half thing so that’s my plan. He seems to really love it so far. He’s gotten a bit of a dry patch on his back between his shoulder blades creating lots of dandruff that has coincided with starting the food. I’m hoping there’s no correlation. I think it may be irritation from his harness

My dog loves the freeze dried food
My dog loves the freeze dried food. He looks better his coat is very shiny and soft. I'm sure he feels better too. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a better option for their dog. I did try the patties and he's too picky on that. He only likes the beef so we went back to the freeze dried. Very easy to swap back and forth between the freeze dried and patties. The customer service is absolutely the best. They answered all my questions and worked with me to understand the measurements on the freeze dried. And was willing to adjust my order to accommodate my dog's needs. Give it a try you won't be disappointed and your dog will thank you.

New packaging is an improvement
New packaging is easier to open and clean but takes longer to defrost. Quality seems good.

The quality of the meats is excellent…
The quality of the meats is excellent and my dogs love their dinners! Shipping is usually quite reliable. I would like more dry ice including as the delivery time is always after I leave for work so the box sits outside quite a while. In winter this isn’t an issue but summer it is as the meat starts to thaw. Not good! If delivery was before 10 AM that would be fine.
