Excellent customer service and w/u.
Talked to Jordan B :CSS several days ago and he was the reason I returned. He followed up on my question like he said he would, so I placed my order today. Will shop with this site consistently in the future. Had good experiences in the past.

Reliable. Good customer service.
Couldn't find what I was looking for that I've ordered from their many times and thought they just discontinued it. Got ahold of a telephone number called there and talked to a very nice man to help me out. He said he didn't know why I couldn't find it, but he found it for me and I was able to order it. He was very pleasant. I enjoyed talking to him.

unwanted ads at checkout.
Every time I try to move forward with a purchase I get an ad for some unasked-for item. It is very annoying and often confusing makes buying anything more difficult.

Easy ordering and checkout. Full display of user manual, etc. before purchase. Had American Standard water heater before, glad to see still available.
