I chose to wait, and without even asking, they provided an additional discount along with some extra items as a gesture of goodwill. Waterdrop is very responsive to issues and their customer service is top notch! It’s been my experience that most companies pledge customer service but when you need them, they do not deliver. Waterdrop is available and responsive nights and weekends, and they do not rest until the problem is resolved. We recently purchased the water filter system model WD-K6-W from Amazon. After our plumber installed following the installation instruction, it did not work since no water coming out. We contacted customer service representative and her name is 'Doreen'. We exchanged emails several times and received great support from Doreen. She was patient and kind, and professional.
