So the chain that doesn't have sales…
So the chain that doesn't have sales plays games by having a special online only price, brilliant. So I see a Keurig Elite for $50 less as if it were a price rollback. I go to the store to buy it and to use a gift card I got as a gift but NOPE! Heir Walmart can't honor the price online and insists I buy it online to get the 'it isn't a sale price but it is actually is a sale price'. Oh and to add insult to injury I'm told the earliest I can pick it up while I'm standing there with it in my hand is 3 hours! So, as much as I would rather not I went online to place my order then drive home then drive back at $5 a gallon but wait it gets better! I find out they are all full for the day for pickups and the best they can do is tomorrow late morning! Result: I will use this gift card another time just to get rid of it and then tell all my friends and family NEVER get me one of those again or I'll give it back! I went home and placed my order with Amazon just so I'll have my coffee in the morning as they will deliver by 8am for free-ish (Prime) I hope with all my heart that Walmart's legacy is that they thought they were just too big to fail and did just that!

Good with a few hiccups
Overall a positive experience, though delivery took a couple of days longer than the estimate suggested. Product quality is good and customer support was polite when I reached out for an update.

The product itself was fine, but getting in touch with support after a delivery issue was harder than it needed to be. Took several emails before I got a real answer.
