Vivino can do better expérience was somewhat painful
The expérience was somewhat painful. I was looking for the wine Kalimera and after 15 min I could find it. I could not find the Ribolle Giallo of Tunnela. Your payment system (only with PayPal) is not great…you can still improve…

They Don't Send What they Show
I ordered 4 bottles of Riesling Spätlese but received just Riesling. One would expect a wine store to know the difference. In addition my order clearly states Riesling Spätlese and even the picture on the site shows Riesling Spätlese. What was sent was the cheapest version of Riesling and would have cost about $6 at the grocery store while Riesling Spätlese cost me over $15 per bottle. In addition, I paid $26 shipping. Sad. Will NEVER buy from them again.

This review was written *before* delivery of wine.
I haven't received the wine yet, but I'm assuming it will be delivered in the best way, protectively wrapped and transported carefully. Also, I found the online ordering process trouble-free and rapid. Most importantly, I found at Vivino the vintage I was looking for, and hadn't seen anywhere else after considerable internet searching: 2021 is among the best years for California cabernet sauvignon -- I was delighted finally to find a bottle of Textbook 2021.

Order was fine, but delivery not. No information for several days and then suddenly a notice the same day as the package arrived. By no time estimate. It was pure luck that I happened to be at home
