VAYA gets A+
Janel and her team were very attentive and understood what type of trip we wanted. The choice of hotels was excellent: 4-stars, in the historic district, acceptable accommodations and breakfasts. The tour guides were exceptional; all were on time, took us to see the highlights of the cities, gave detailed explanations and answered our questions. The drivers were punctual and took us to our next destinations as indicated. I enjoyed the trip tremendously. Thank you VAYA.

Fantastic experience …
Madagascar is an island country the size of Texas. Vaya planned a tour giving us the highlights of the central and northern regions. We visited 3 National Parks and a beautiful resort island with a great reef. Accommodations varied from hotel to lodge to nature lodge to bush camp. We were accompanied by a private guide, one in the Capital region and one in the north. Both were excellent and spoke good English. We also had local guides in the parks that allowed us to spot all of the lemur species in them, as well as a number of reptiles. Food in all areas was varied and good, no problem with tummy trouble. We had plenty of bottled water at all times. I don’t think it would have been possible to have the same experience on our own. Vaya took care of everything. I plan to use them on my next adventure, possibly South America.

Great pre-departure documents, Great customer service, wonderful places to stay, guides and drivers. Nice attention to little extras like a lovely picnic overlooking the mountains in the sacred valley and drinks at each place we stayed.

Absolutely perfect trip planned for me…
Absolutely perfect trip planned for me and my parents. Vaya helped us put together the exact trip we were looking for and made everything so seamless, memorable, and easy. We had wonderful tour guides, great hotels, and seamless travel. And the app and communication via Whats App made everything so easy with absolutely zero stress. And because it was a trip to celebrate a special birthday and anniversary, Vaya made us feel so special with thoughtful gifts and messages throughout the entire trip. Even though we were only in Portugal for 10 days we saw so many things and so much of the country. I highly recommend Vaya - I will absolutely use them in the future and can't see myself ever using another agency besides them.

Fabulous from start to finish!
From start to finish, our travel experience was outstanding. Our agent was a wealth of information with excellent advice for our trip to Peru! Having never experienced travel assistance for such an overseas trip, we were blown away by how every day was planned for us, accommodations booked and exceeded expectations.
