Unauthorized charge and fake refund confirmation. Avoid!
I was charged 29.99 EUR by Use.AI without my consent. After contacting customer support, an agent named David confirmed in writing that a full refund had been processed. However, a week has passed, and no money has arrived in my bank account. When I asked for an official PDF receipt or a Stripe Refund ID (ARN code) so my bank could trace the funds, support flatly refused to provide any technical proof, claiming their email text is 'enough.' My bank confirmed that no refund was ever initiated on Use.AI's end. This company is illegally holding my funds and refusing to provide transaction transparency. It looks like a complete scam. Total lack of professionalism. Do not trust them with your card details! Do not be fooled by their polite replies! This company is running a systematic stall tactic. 10 days ago, an agent named David officially confirmed my refund of 29.99 EUR was "processed." My bank checked everything and confirmed that Use.AI NEVER actually sent the money. After I posted a bad review, a manager named James suddenly appeared, using the exact same shameless script: "We processed your refund today, please wait another 7 days." This is a complete copy-paste lie just to buy time and trick me into deleting my review. They completely ignore official emails requesting technical transaction proofs or ARN codes because they have nothing to show. They have absolutely no intention of returning the money. They just copy-paste apologies while keeping your funds. If you value your money and your sanity, STAY AWAY from this service!
