Disappointed
Unfortunately this didn't live up to the marketing. The item arrived later than promised and didn't quite match the description. I hope they improve the experience for future customers.

Decent, but a bit pricey
Used United Passport for my renewal after a friend recommended them. The process was smooth enough, they definitely helped sort out some of the confusing parts of the application. Everything got where it needed to go, and I got my passport back in the timeframe they quoted. My main hang-up is the cost, it felt a little steep for essentially filling out forms I *could* have done myself.

Got the job done, no major issues
I needed a passport pretty quickly for a trip, and didn't want to mess anything up. United Passport helped review everything and made sure my photo was good, which was a relief. It took a while to actually get the passport back from the government, but that's not really their fault. The communication could have been a bit more proactive, I had to reach out a few times for updates.
