    As a Uber driver in Ireland IAM very disappointed with Uber

    with off loading a reverse vat charge on drivers as they don't pay vat in Ireland so I paid commission to Uber only to find I have to pay vat now on that commission that's a rip of to drivers also there set fares here in Ireland use there nuts algorithm witch can't see when it's a bank holiday or a Sunday with taxi on a higher rate ie:traffif 2 it wants drivers to accept fares for the normal rate !! So after been with Uber since it came to Ireland and because of all these matters I have mentioned I will be using freenow more often and just using Uber lightly as to keep below the vat threshold as freenow don't charge drivers vat on there commission this in my opinion is going to loose Uber taxi drivers here in Ireland to other platforms that don't do this to drivers and that's Ubers loss something I won't accept anymore !!!

    Nobody accepts the ride all auto drivers bad worst Uber auto ride and others as well

    I had a horrible experience with a driver recently - incredibly dangerous driving and speeding. I left a review IMMEDIATELY after I got out of the car. Note that the driver knew I was scared of his driving and told me ‘he was doing nothing wrong.’ I then got an email from Uber complaining of MY disrespectful behavior. I cancelled my Uber One membership. I’m done!! Horrible way to treat your customers.

    It's been a great experience in general all-round very prompt and easy to add payment cards and the trip itself was comfortable and just what I needed absolutely amazing.

    Why every every evening and morning for work the prices are so damn high

    to $20 and up just for an 13 minute ride? These prices need to be 15 to $16 just to get back and forth to work

    They used to be fantastic. Seriously shameful service now

    spent £200 on an Uber gift card for a Glasgow trip this coming weekend and find that I cannot use the converted Uber Cash to book scheduled rides to and from the airport, I have to use my debit card ... oh, or I can fill in a form to have the money transferred back to my account within 4-6 days. There is me thinking they were a business, complete jokesters. I cannot wait for Lyft to become more prominent here in the UK, they are amazing.

    Uber really need to take into consideration that gas prices are sky rocketing

    and some people can't control how their car is taking a lot of gas just please take into consideration that some people are driving because they can't get a job or have problems with babysitters and can't get a job everybody is trying to live and make it prices for rides should be more than five and promotions 12 a hr needs to be daily whenever we clockin

    I had a very disappointing experience

    with Uber. The app incorrectly showed that the payment was supposed to be in cash, even though the amount had already been deducted from my account online. This issue was entirely caused by Uber’s system, yet the support team failed to take responsibility or offer a real solution. In the end, they simply said they would ‘gift’ me 10 euros, as if I was supposed to be grateful for that — like I was begging for 10 euros. The whole situation felt disrespectful and unprofessional
