Honestly, Uber Eats is just not reliable anymore. I've had so many orders arrive late, like over an hour late, and then there's always something missing. Customer support is a joke; they just give you credits that don't really make up for cold food or half an order. It's frustrating when you're paying those fees for a bad service.
