Hi Hassan, we check our PRO customer cases via the official USCIS API on an hourly basis and send an email as soon as we detect a change. It is possible that USCIS may have alerted you sooner. While notifications are a nice feature of our product, we believe our estimates and insights are the true value-ad. Don't bother, it's not accurate
What a disappointment. I purchased the premium service hoping for really precise information on my green card process, but the dates and probabilities they gave me were wildly inaccurate compared to actual USCIS processing times. It just created more anxiety, not less. Save your money.

Some help but not a magic bullet
Track My Visa gave me a general idea of timelines, which was somewhat useful for planning. However, it didn't really provide insights I couldn't find elsewhere with a bit of digging. Totally misled, waste of time
Honestly, I feel pretty ripped off. The 'forecast' I got for my H1B application was way off, making me think I had a decent shot when in reality, it was a long shot. They advertise 'clear-cut insights' but mine were anything but. Very frustrating to base decisions on info that doesn't pan out.
