Awesome scooter and amazing support
So far I've had my f19 for almost 1 year..I have over 9000 km on it and still going strong. This scooter is my 5th scooter and love it...every question I've had or concerns they corrected it and help me with fast a response..love there costumer support. Very reliable scooter.

Ordered the upgraded kickstand for my f15. Had some issues with the wrong model kickstand being sent out but they promptly fixed the issue and sent out the correct one with no cost to myself! Love my F15 and use it as a daily commuter to work! Customer service was fast and clear through the whole process!

I recently purchased the Z39
I recently purchased the Z39, when the Box came I could tell by how well it was packed that it should be a good experience. This is my 1st Scooter, but from my experience as a Mechanical Designer, I know this is a Quality Product. I have road several times now and I don't think I'll get tired of this any time soon! I had a Cosmetic issue with a Scratch on a plastic piece. I took some pictures and expressed my Concerns and they are sending out a New Piece, no questions asked. Excellent Customer Service, you can't go wrong. Can't wait to Ride Again! It's well worth the $,$$$.$$ :)

TopRider did exactly what they said they would do after verifying that the part was bad. They shipped me a brand new battery at no charge to me whatsoever, I installed the battery and the z39, Was a lot more than I expected it to be. ALL I CAN SAY IS (HOLD ON) ? Thanks again to the TOP RIDER STAFF. for getting on this ASAP.
