I have been a proud Thunder owner since August 2023 and have nothing but wonderful things to say -- support has been ridiculously on the ball (I had a response in less than an hour on Christmas Eve one year which I was definitely not expecting), when I've needed replacements parts they've always been affordable, and my machine is a WORKHORSE. Laser art is my full-time job and it's always been able to keep up.

After well over a year my ThunderLaser Nova 24 still performs as well as the day I first turned it on. The very few times I’ve contacted tech support I have received an answer in a very short period of time. As little as two hours and over a weekend. I highly recommend ThunderLaser! I’ve tried others and was extremely disappointed. Not with my Nova 24!! Cheers!

Premium Pre-Sale Experience, Premium Price
Finding great customer service before you even become a customer is rare, which is what stood out during my purchase of the Thunder Nova 35 Plus. Eric was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering my questions. At no point did I feel pressured, and he helped put the significant investment into perspective. Even after the sale, he has followed up with helpful tips—something I didn’t expect. I spent considerable time researching alternatives, comparing brands, and speaking with other companies. Many of those interactions were disappointing. Thunder Laser was the clear exception, especially when it came to responsiveness and communication. The price is higher than many “comparable” machines, but that comparison doesn’t fully hold up. Based on specifications, features, and build quality, it appears to be positioned closer to industrial-grade equipment, which helps justify the cost. I’m still waiting on delivery, so this review reflects the purchasing experience only—but so far, it has been excellent. Pros: • Excellent pre-sale support • Clear, responsive communication • No-pressure sales approach Cons: • Higher upfront cost • Product performance still unverified Final Verdict: A strong buying experience that inspires confidence—now it’s up to the machine and the customer service staff to deliver.
