Deal wasn’t a deal
I thought I received a good price for the items I purchased. However, I’ve been getting notices for MUCH better discounts and deals now that I made a purchase. I should’ve made one small purchase and then took advantage of the deals you’ve been sending me. I’m very disappointed.

I love the products and room for improvement
I love the products! Everything I have received is of good quality and comfortable. There is some slight variety in sizes. If I measure a large, oftentimes I it should be a medium. Getting a refund so that I can order the correct size is really very difficult unfortunately. It would be such a boon if customers could have a live person to speak with. The frustration would be ever so much less and the entire shopping experience would be pretty perfect.
