I had a problem with a previous task and was given a 100.00 credit to use on my next task. When I tried to use that credit-no one could find it. I have reached out to your customer service department and no one has gotten back to me. Very frustrated with your company

The project was completed in a timely manner, he was on time. The only negative was any questions I had about the sleeper sofa from IKEA his response was you can read the instructions. I can’t really show you how to open and close it. Even though he had assembled it and then closed it.

The cleaner after cleaning left a big bag of spoiled food opened on the floor in my kitchen from my refrigerator. My small dog got into it and got food poisoning. My emergency vet bill was $605.68. I want to be reimbursed immediately as this took more than half of my income for the month of May. I expect an answer soon or I will contact my lawyer.
