I purchased two 400W panels. Shipping was reasonable (about 14-20 days and I was in no hurry). Packaged well and arrived in good condition despite face of box having a puncture. Also purchased a stand that has worked great and heavy duty. Panels have been generating significant power and very pleased.

The Sungold 10k inverter is exactly as…
The Sungold 10k inverter is exactly as advertised. I’m running three units in parallel, and together they power my entire house without issue. The system is rock-solid and performs flawlessly under load. Fortunately I have not had any significant issues with the inverters or setup, but I have had a positive experience with customer service when needed. For anyone serious about performance, load management, and perhaps even energy independence, this setup delivers. I absolutely recommend Sungold inverters.

Hassle-free warranty replacement
I had a battery that had a defective cell from the manufacturer. SunGold replaced it without hassle. Courteous and helpful as all of my interaction with them has been, from the ordering process thru holding my hand during installation.

Good technical support.
I ordered a 5kW 48V inverter from SungoldPower for a small solar project and the experience was good overall. Shipping was timely and the inverter arrived safely packaged with no damage. Setup instructions were clear enough for installation, and the system powered up without issues. The inverter has been working as expected during initial operation. I also received helpful responses from customer support when I reached out with questions. Based on my experience so far, I would consider SungoldPower again for future solar equipment purchases.

Great plug and play inverters
I bought one of their hybrid inverters last year to power an espresso machine for my coffee trailer and it works great. Recently bought two more to power my small home in split phase and, while it was a little more complicated, they were very patient and helpful as I tried to get it to work as well as the first one I bought. It’s theme’s price on this setup as far as I can tell and it’s very user friendly from the get go, but with a lot of customization available.

Big panels with a big output
I have had a wonderful experience with the newest SunGoldPower 590w bifacial solar panels. Eight new panels producing well more than 600 watts each day. Very happy seeing them help charge the 92KWHs of batteries.
