Love my new shutters!
Totally thrilled with Stoneside! We got custom shutters for our entire downstairs, and they look absolutely beautiful. From the design consultation to the final install, everyone was super friendly and professional. The quality feels really solid, and they fit perfectly. Worth every penny for the upgrade to our home.

“Cuffs to Ryan”
In a word, Ryan, who installed our blinds today was fantastic. He came to our house several weeks back to take measurements and was very professional, extremely polite, and very clear with his explanation in exactly how our blinds would look once installed. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan today and were so pleased to know that we requested the right person to install our blinds. It’s obvious that Ryan’s measurements were precise, and his installation was perfect! What else can I say about this company? Well, after looking at the final product, it’s obvious that this company spends a lot of time on the engineering of their products. The shades were made perfectly, they look terrific, and Ryan made that happen.

From the person who made our appointment over the phone, to Anna, our design consultant who helped us choose the roller shade for our patio door and cellular shades for our kitchen windows, to Justin and Rafiel, our installers - everyone was friendly, professional, and competent. Great customer service!
We purchased six shades a year ago. Had a problem with one of them—the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally, and we were told to call again if we needed to. Wonderful to be treated like a person, instead of yesterday’s news.

Couldn't be happier with our new blackout shades from Stoneside. The whole process was smooth. Our design consultant understood exactly what we wanted and helped us pick the perfect fabric. Stoneside stands by their brand. The quality is top notch. The company is highly rated today because of product workmanship, and excellent installers (Jonathan Shivley, specifically), and the Customer Service Dept., which covers Portland Metro/SW WA.

A bit of a mixed bag
The consultant was really nice and knowledgeable, helping me pick out some roller shades for our sunny living room. The installation itself was quick and professional. My only complaint is the lead time; it took way longer than they initially quoted, by several weeks, and I had to call them to get updates. The product is good, but the communication could be better.

Perfect custom drapes
We needed some custom draperies for our oddly shaped dining room windows, and Stoneside delivered. The consultant came to our house with so many samples, and her eye for design was fantastic. The drapes are stunning and completely transform the room. The installation team was also very efficient and clean.
