Bait and Switch
I purchased an item that said it would ship directly from StockX. After purchasing, I was notified that the seller was shipping the item to StockX for verification. This added over a week to the delivery time. Horrible.

I ordered a product and within 10 minutes not even I called them and canceled it they were not able to do that because they like to rob their customers even though we spent thousands and thousands of dollars on their site stockx is a complete garbage website and I do not recommend any single person spend their money on this website they will rob you and give you some bullshit experience on why they can't help you out please do not purchase anything from this website ever again you will regret it in every aspect

During my last purchase
During my last purchase, I had a minor issue where my coupon code was not attached to my transaction. Upon contacting StockX and making them aware of the issue, they immediately solved the matter and issued a credit. Their customer service was outstanding!
