We ordered merchandise and the quality was horrible. Then they reshipped the same shirts without giving us any other option. We most likely won’t even wear them. All statements below are correct, except that the coupon code does not cover what we paid on the original order.

We want to provide additional context regarding the resolution process. After you initially contacted us about the loose thread on the sleeve, our team requested photos and advised that we would be happy to provide replacement items at no cost once the images were received. When the photos were submitted, there was no request for a refund or alternative resolution, so a complimentary replacement order was promptly processed, upgraded to express shipping at no charge, and rushed into production. Unfortunately, by the time a different resolution was requested, the replacement order had already entered production and could no longer be cancelled. After you shared your disappointment regarding the replacement being fulfilled, as an additional courtesy beyond the complimentary replacement order, we also provided a coupon code for the value of the products that can be used toward any item within any SquadLocker-hosted store. We always strive to resolve concerns as quickly and as fairly as possible, and we regret that this experience left you frustrated.
