Coaches - Be advised!
This was our second year using this company and unfortunately they missed the mark completely, this time. They decided to use poor packaging on our football helmet decals and they arrived bent all out of shape. The response I received from upper management was they are built to withstand, not the case. Needless to say, I would be very leery of using them. Complacent and lack of attention with delivery details and distribution come to mind!

As I mentioned previously, we inadvertently used a bubble mailer instead of a box, which is our standard procedure. I understand this must have been frustrating for you, and I am truly sorry for the oversight. I am relieved to hear that the decals themselves were not damaged, and I genuinely hope we have the opportunity to earn your business again in the future. Great quality and prices! Very impressed, as it was through a fundraiser and was anticipating a “cheap-o” version of what we ordered. I was also able to add on to my order (even after the closing date) as my husband preferred the style and fabric of my shirt as opposed to the one I originally ordered for him.
