SCAM!! Charged wrong subscription, then cancelled and won't return money.
I signed up for a monthly subscription, but Smodin charged me for a full year instead. The following day, my subscription was automatically canceled. It's been nearly a month, and I still haven’t received the $250 refund. When I asked for an explanation, their AI Customer Support falsely claimed that the delay was due to my credit card company holding the funds. However, my credit card company confirmed that this is not how the process works, suggesting that Smodin may not be truthful about the situation.

Scam you on name of trial
I thought of buying it, but they landed me directly to the payment page; I thought maybe I needed to do this to start my trial; my card was inactive; as soon as I began to the trial, they tried to charge me for a month and have been trying since then until they succeeded today because my card was active. I tried a lot to delete my account, but they just kept requesting payment again and again and finally took it. Sadly, I now read the reviews here that say they have been scammed, too, and guess what?? they say we don't do refunds, what a shame to go away with someone's hard-earned money like this. Don't trust high ratings, it is shi*, it paraphrases so bad, it writes so bad
