No followup…
They sent me a message that my issue was escalated to their customer service team 5 days ago. I have not heard back from them. Judging by my experience with them, this will be the end of their response. But, they can say they responded.

They provide NO service, just steal the money
I, unfortunately, bought my tickets from Orlando Fl to Catania Sicily, business class from Skylux. They took the money and that was it. The flight was cancelled on the original date. They never contacted me. They sent an email later on that nothing they can do for me. We tried to rebook the flights ourselves but airlines couldn't find the money. We ended up returning home and trying to find our money. All airlines involved stated that they have no money. So this Skylux stole $8290.90 and $160.00 from us. We of course disputing this disgrace and they sent us numerous emails with lies that money is here and there. If you don't want to get into big fights, lose your money and lose your flight, STAY FAR AWAY from these thieves.
