Teddy goes above and beyond. He made our group purchase/reservation smooth and easy for Christmas travel. I must say our family was a bit much with constant changes to our individual reservations. He’s very patient and speedy with returning messages. A HUGE THANK YOU to our agent Teddy.

Stellar Rep and Seamless Quoting and Booking
The two things that made this one of the most seamless experiences of any travel vendor are the quote system and my Mountain Travel Expert assigned to work with me, Andy Goggins. The quote being dynamic made it easy to make the iterations needed to confer with my client without having to update them with a new link. The necessary information is included and the visual layout is appealing and gives it a luxury feel which is important with the price tag on this kind of vacation. Andy...man what an awesome employee you have. I wish every single person I was assigned to work with across my travel suppliers was like him. He's patient, responsive, anticipates needs and questions and has good suggestions. I have never been skiing and I feel like this was so easy to do and didn't question if what I was presenting to my client was the right option. He was so available to me which I really appreciated because my client wanted to turn things around pretty quickly to get their lodging booked. He kept me informed about next steps and the timelines which I appreciated also. All the gold starts and kudos to Andy. I could not have done this without him. AND knowing how easy he made this, I now have a new type of vacation I can confidently position to my higher end clients so huge thank you! Thank you Andy, you're a rockstar!
