I have to say I’m truly impressed and amazed. I shipped my item last Thursday. It arrived yesterday and today I already got paid now. This is what I call a professional honest company. I’ve had companies that I’m still waiting for to get reimbursed for less money and this is just it should be set as an example that people can rely on them that they are an honest bunch of people doing business so 10 star not five stars

I was skeptical at first with having to mail the phone off and not knowing whether I’d actually get the money or not but the process was beyond easy and I got the full amount quoted within 2 days of them receiving the phone. It was a blacklisted phone and I never even knew you could sell them, let alone for what they offered for it. I wish I would’ve known about this site much sooner because I have previously sold to phone atms and gotten much less than the phones are worth. I will recommend this option to anyone looking to sell their device.

Outstanding Customer Service. They honored their estimate and the process was very smooth. They offer multiple options to send your device and as long as you’re honest about the condition, they will be honest about their evaluation and that is exactly what you will get upon their review. I sent my Cell Phone described honestly to them and within days I had the money in my account. I would highly recommend this service to sell any cell phones laying around whether locked or unlocked. At the end of the day, even if the phone is locked, sometimes life happens and the carriers will claim to lock the phone because you did not pay for it. However, they fail to say that they place the entire amount of the device plus interest into collections, that you most certainly have paid for it in that regard. They accept all phones locked or unlocked. Highly recommend.
