    APPALLING EXPERIENCE..ROBBED

    I decided to have a massive clearout of my book collection. I decided to do a trial run with World of Books. I selected 12 books in very good condition, scanned them and was offered a price. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the offer but I boxed them up and dropped off at the click plus shop. 1 week later I received an email telling my books had been processed and instead of my original offer they gave me 41% of the offer. I am really not happy and to be honest regret posting my books. I would rather have kept them. But no, World of Books kept all 12 of my books whilst only paying me for 5 of them. NEVER AGAIN

    Easy site to work with. I sold W.O.B's a pile of old CD's & DVD's. Payment was quick & it cost nothing to send.

    i have written a couple of times now but no response from you. I never received payment for my last book sent in: US-977037 i was sent an email oayment is on its way.. 3 days max. Nothing

    Waiting over a week after order processed for payment

    Order was processed like normal but hasn’t been paid despite my account showing it was sent to PayPal. Customer service doesn’t give me any confidence as they say “Finance Department is looking into this” but no details or time to fix or even apology. It feels like I’ve been scammed.
