Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful in finding a storage unit that would minimize me moving my goods. However, requiring me to send them the insurance paperwork instead of receiving it directly from the insurance company seems like there isn’t a reason for the administration fee, especially since no one ever looked at government ID. Because I never actually met with a real person it was all over the phone.

The additional fees came as a surprise…
The additional fees came as a surprise and were not made clear until time of payment. They are significant and caused us to pause for now until we find a trustworthy storage alternative.

Unit not ready upon arrival
The unit I was assigned to was locked and had someone else's stuff in it. Luckily, admin was able to eventually help and solve the problem.

I wanted to view a couple of storage…
I wanted to view a couple of storage units and had made arrangements days in advance but sending in my Drivers License and was asked to call once at the storage units to have someone give me the combination to open the gate and tell me which units to view. I was on hold for 15 and once the woman came on to tell me she was attempting to get someone to assist with opening the gate. The call dropped and no one called me back so I left. I had several phone conversations with of course never the same person. I finally talked to Ella on Friday May 10th and between her and RJ I was able to get in to view a couple of units.
