A ton of documents are needed to refinance and consolidate my student loans. However, they do their due diligence and are very helpful. Support helped me draft emails to ask my old student loan provider for documents.

What made this experience great is...
What made this experience great is that I was able to actually refinance my old student loan. Allowing me to live an actual existence now. Customer service was good, there was always someone available to talk to when I needed them. Application process was good.
