    Excellent customer service

    I have a Renogy 1000w inverter and a RBC 30 DC-DC charger. The functionality and cost and very good. Customer service is excellent. It was not clear that the RBC30 would work in my set up. Jillian N worked very hard to consult the engineering team with my information to establish that it would work fine.

    Poor service after product not performing as was upon purchase

    8 months after Installing the river 100 mppt solar charge controller it stopped charging as previous months. Even though the leaves were off trees and more sun was reaching panels, less shading, I performed all troubleshooting as advised by renogy and provided results, performed their firmware update they advised, then was told it was working within specs and they stopped responding to my emails of the case.

    Had an issue with a product, nobody's fault really. Initially, customer service was frustrating but once Jillian N came on board, everything was fixed. I'd say any company Jillian works for are all the better for it.
