    Do not use this service!

    Do not use this service! I attempted to send money twice with this business on the first time I was asked for ID (understandable for the first time) I asked on this call if this would be an ongoing issue and I was told no! So I try to send money again to find out that there is a problem again! This time they want to know everything about my life! Where I work, how much I earn, the name of my employer. Copy of my bank statement, it’s like I was applying for a loan, be very careful of this company seems like a scam! I went onto Wise and the money was sent and received by my partner in seconds! So advice don’t use Remitly!

    Not reachable amount on the time

    I have been a Remitly for 4 years , but recently I sent to my receiptian , they withdrew money from my bank with fee. But my receiptian has not received money yet . I contacted their customer care too many times but not work. I stop transfer any more

    Very unprofessional service

    Very unprofessional service. The transaction was cancelled after I supplied all the requested information, and I only found out 5 days later when the receiver contacted me. They could not even provide a clear reason for the cancellation. Now they are saying the refund can take up to 10 working days plus another 5 days, meaning I could be waiting around 15 days in total. The receiving person is very poor and now has to suffer because of this delay. Really poor service from Remitly. I will be moving to Wise from now on.
