    13 items ordered --> 6 returns and one exchange. Sizes are not standard, material is subpar except for long sleeve t-shirts. Attempting to exchange a dress. Another item had a medium in a L/XL bag, short sleeve t-shirts were super short. Just not enough quality and proper sizing for me to buy here again.

    I received one worn item

    I received my cachemire sweater today and one of the items had been CLEARLY worn. It had pilling under R and L armpits, the arms and wrists. There was a long black and curly hair strand inside the sweater.

    Ordered sheets from them

    Ordered sheets from them. After a week of not shipping I contacted them. Asked for a replacement which would come in another week. Still nothing, no update in my account. Contacted customer service again asking for a replacement. Apparently that color had been out of stock the entire time. All they offered was a refund and that I had to order another color. Also they weren’t going to give me that refund for five days. So I just took the refund. They essentially just held my $90 for 13 days and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Also now they have my data. Companies today suck.
