Really messed up my work, almost missed a deadline
I tried QuillBot's paraphrasing tool for a big report and it completely garbled some sections. I spent hours fixing the awkward phrasing and re-checking everything. It made my work harder, not easier. Definitely not something I'd recommend if you're on a tight schedule.

Decent for basic stuff, but not a lifesaver
I've used QuillBot a few times for quick grammar checks and it's alright for catching obvious errors. The paraphraser can be hit or miss though; sometimes it makes things sound better, other times it just swaps words without really improving the flow. It's fine for small tasks, but don't expect miracles for complex writing.
