I am left with unfulfilled promises
I have been corresponding (email) with this company for many months now. Because I waited for such a long time before receiving my order for the reusable pads, they were going to send me a free pad. Everytime I emailed them wondering where my promised free pad was they came back with apologies and state they will take care of it. I don't know what the problem is with this company. I have been dealing with this since October of 2025. It is now May 2026! Very poor customer service. And by the way these pads did not work for me but I still wanted the freebee they promised me.

Your company has been fantastic
Your company has been fantastic! Amazingly, once they got Archie they realized that he was already trained and so they decided they would not need the pads. Even though I returned them, I feel I must write a review because of the OUTSTANDING customer service I experienced! Everything was handled so smoothly and the experience felt as if I were dealing with a friend rather than a company. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for help with their new pet.

With the puppy pads, I’m saving a lot of money, not having to purchase the paper pads that you throw away once used. They wash up really well and I’m very happy with them. Plus, I have found that they do not leak through, which is a huge Plus.
