My dog refuses to eat their product
My dog refuses to eat their product. I called to request to return the product. They offered me a few different options, first $117.00 credit on my Pup Labs account which I don't plan on shopping from ever again after this load of crap, I refused so then he offered a $30 refund, which I again refused, then a refund for the two bags I didn't open, which is $78.00 but I have to pay to ship them back from Washington to Florida because this greedy company doesn't have the decency to pay for shipping of their failed product. So I'm being forced to pay for the opened, barely used bag that my dog refuses to eat. The final offer was a $58.50 refund, and I can keep the bags my dog refuses to eat. This is the offer I gave in and accepted, a supervisor doesn't help you any further, so there is no point in having one call you back. So I basically paid almost $60 for a product I will never use. Then the audacity of them suggesting I buy yogurt, pumpkin, baby food or anything more just to get my dog to eat their overpriced powder is ridiculous. Haven't I spent enough on the product alone? I cannot stand deceitful companies that couldn't care less about their customers.

I just recently received my first order…
I just recently received my first order and trying it out, so far no complaints. My Blu enjoys the free tummy chews and is being to eat and poop more. The k9 ear drops hopefully will put an end to his paw licking and head shaking. I'm just thankful that it doesn't burn his ears, like the drops the Vet prescribed him.

I have seen an improvement in the first month!
My dogs legs have quick shaking so much and she is regaining her confidence to jump up on the furniture. She's 12 and it was getting harder for her. I just started a subscription.
