Great turnaround on branded mugs
Had a really good experience with Promo Direct for our recent order of branded mugs. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and I found exactly what we needed. The mugs themselves are good quality, durable, and the logo looks sharp. Delivery was actually quicker than I anticipated too, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely consider them again.

I placed an order for sunglasses with our logo. I requested to have the order expedited for a trade show and Christy Pereira assisted me in getting this done. I not only had the product for the show but everyone loved the sunglasses!

Hands down the best customer service I have received in YEARS.
Yes, the quality of a bic pen is exactly what you would expect… but the difference to me was made when the servicer of my account applied my custom fonts and changed the scale of my logo to make sure everything was perfect. It’s all in the details!

Ordered custom pens, got the wrong color 😒
Honestly pretty disappointed. We ordered a thousand blue pens for an event, and what showed up was a completely different shade, almost purple. Nobody even reached out to confirm the color was out of stock or offer an alternative. Now we're stuck with pens that don't match our branding at all. Not impressed with the attention to detail.

Fantastic customer service and t-shirt quality!
I needed custom t-shirts for our charity run and was worried about both the design and getting them on time. The team at Promo Direct was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the whole process. They even suggested a better print method that saved us some money. The shirts look amazing, the fabric is soft, and everyone loved them. Really happy with the value and support.
