Great for visibility about cat's health
Sometime ago I wanted to start using Pretty Litter but thought it was just to expensive. Several months ago I decided to try it. I figured if I didn't like it I could cancel future orders. The 1st bag arrived right up to my door. I was thrilled it was fairly light and I could pick it up. I followed the direction and how easy it was. Regular litter is heavy including the 'light weight litter'. With this type of litter you pour the entire bag in the litter box and walk away. I was constantly scooping and sweeping with the other litter. It will change colors if something is wrong with your cat. My 6 year old cat,Razz, didn't have any trouble changing to Pretty Litter. This litter gets a definite 10. Thank you for giving me and Razz the opportunity to share our story.

Best Cat Litter by Far
I'm 58 years old and have had cats all my life. Over the years I've tried everything on the market and pretty litter by far is the best there is. And the price on top of home delivery is second to none.

Great service but prices are not good. I can get 8 lbs at Walmart cheaper. Lower your price.

We feel paw-ful for any confusion around our bag size and pricing. 🙁 Our non-clumping PrettyLitter ships in a 6lb bag from our online website, while some of our retail partners – like Target, Walmart, and PetSmart – offer an 8lb bag alternative. The price of our 6lb subscription bag includes delivery, while the 8lb bag in-store does not. We understand cost impacts every household differently, and we never want it to come between you and your kitty’s wellness. We l-o-v-e being your kitty’s choice for long-term litter care and hope to keep it that way! So, if shopping in-store is a better fit for your needs, we will continue to make sure we find space on-shelf at the stores you trust and value most.

Delivery Issues
I ordered Pretty Litter and was excited to try it. I have a PO Box for mailing and that is what I used for shipping. Unfortunately, after a month, I still never received the product. I reached out to customer service and eventually was able to get a refund. Customer Service was very easy to use and understanding. Unfortunately, I was never able to try the actual product.

Wonderful product
Began with non-clumping Pretty Litter. I was concerned that (cats history) I wouldn’t be able to see if/when her urine balls would decrease substantially in size so I went to clumping Pretty Litter. Her current urine balls were so big I went through 5 bags instead of the normal 3. I’ve switched back to non-clumping Pretty Litter and should have stayed with it because it would have indicated if I needed to take her back to the vet. Wonderful product. Fast delivery. Customer service is fantastic.

Fantastic product
I’ve been using Pretty Litter I should say three maybe four years now. It does everything it says it does and that is awesome. Doesn’t leave a smell the colors are correct and my kitty urine easy to clean. Easy to maintain. Fantastic product. Definitely would recommend.

Kitty Litter Service #1 Jam was WONDERFUL.
I couldn't ask for a better experience, first I was given an opportunity to work with a bot than it referred me to a human person Jam who was AMAZING. She solved my issue fast and friendly with the ability to pull up my account and address and solve issue in seconds. So not only is Kitty Litter a GREAT product but you get GREAT SERVICE to back it all up hard to find in 2026.
