We love the staff that work there and…
We love the staff that work there and the equipment when it is working. The employees work hard and they keep the place clean. We have had 3-4 pieces of equipment that have been out of order for 5 weeks.

It's very sad that while the country…
It's very sad that while the country celebrates 250 years of existence, blatant racial discrimination is still alive and rampant in our society. As a black veteran having served this country for 21 years in the military I should not be penalized because I don't succumb to the advances of a white woman especially staff members at the gym. Cameras and text prove my claims without question. However, Carlos the gym manager chose to make decisions about my membership without even talking to me. Black, white, hispanic or any other race should not have to feel the tension of being accosted by staff members upon entry into the club. This is the cleanest gym I know of but the racial inequalities iare not only felt by me but voiced by other black veterans who won't come forth and tell their stories of racially discriminatory tactics. Finally, this seems to be a systemic problem because the hierarchy (Chelsey) will not address the situation telephonically.

Not good that you’re paying extra and the hydromassage beds and other amenities aren’t working
OK, the gym in Hanson ma is lovely.. However, all of a sudden the Hydro Massaage beds are down. And they’re not able to get maintenance out there to fix them. What’s the point of having the black card if all of the extras are down. I also noticed because of the large number of people who use both the planet fitness in Hanover and the one in Hanson that the machines get broken. I totally understand that but they should be fixed right away. The other Jim, I used to go to in Kingston always had somebody on it almost immediately. Come on people you can do better but especially if you’re going to offer those massage tables and Hydro massage beds. You need to have them up and running for the people that are paying for it so get on this place and get on it now.

Planet Fitness no longer takes cash..Sigh :(
I recently went to my local Planet Fitness which I have been a customer for years. I wanted to purchase an item behind the counter but was told they no longer accept cash, only digital payments. Well, basically I will no longer be purchasing anything inside Planet Fitness if I even choose to maintain member ship status. I will bring my own water, and/or tanning supplies. They will be getting zero $0 add-ons from this customer. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I'm already sharing my frustration with whomever want to listen. One of my room mates, a female says she cancelled and is inquiring at Club Genesis for an alternate workout place. It is quite likely I may do the same.

Planet fitness - St. Vital
My hubby and I have been black card members at Planet Fitness for 5 years. We used to go to the Regent Avenue location. We moved about a year ago and now go to St. Vital location. This is a newer location and it's a lot nicer than the Regent location. After we work out my hubby and I like to do the massage chairs at the same time. The staff are so amazing and will hold a chair until the other is done, if one is in use. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The change rooms are nice and kept clean. It's nice to get a "Goodbye, have a good night" every time we leave. I would recommend this location.

Hello today had different time
Hello today had different time. We have black card was shock the guy at front desk telling me can't use massage chair have no problem before this ? Never had this before or not 🚫 using the massage Chair other stuff with black card ! Went to other Plant Fitness we had black card never had issues at all today at Holbrook NY 11741 of today saying your guest no we have black card was told can use anything with the black card was very disappointed. Today ? 😞 Wasn't to happy today at all till ask for massage chair the guy at desk sorry forgot his name? Never hear this before black card why have can't use anything with black card I'm membership very upset please I'm customer should be get treated right thanks

I will be canceling my membership due to the fact that they let men into the the women’s locker room that is disgusting how could anybody do that and make these women feel so uncomfortable? What kind of company would have a policy like that?

Disappointed
My family and I have been loyal customers of PF for years, and I’ve always appreciated the convenience and flexibility of your locations. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me very disappointed. I was only able to use my membership twice before I had to move. During that short time, I was charged two monthly membership fees as well as the annual fee. I canceled before my next billing cycle, but because the cancellation was made one day after a separate cutoff date, I was still charged for another month. I called the corporate office and was basically told "well, that's too bad" I understand policies are in place, but I had hoped there would be some consideration given my long history as a customer and the fact that this was a unique situation, not a repeated complaint or issue. A small courtesy adjustment would have gone a long way, especially during a difficult time financially and personally. I stayed with PF primarily because of the ease to start and continue, and accessibility of the locations, even though the gym itself did not offer the fitness classes I prefer. I had fully intended to restart my membership once I got settled after moving, but this experience has completely changed my perception of the company and made me feel like customer loyalty is not valued. Sad they care more about keeping my mere $70 than about my years of customer loyalty and the business I brought from my family. Going to another gym.

Tre and Taylor are always incredibly attentive and welcoming, making every customer feel right at home without ever feeling pressured. Their positive energy and friendly attitudes motivate me to keep showing up and pushing through my workouts. Whether it’s first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon, seeing their faces always brightens my day. They’re not only helpful to members, but also supportive team players with their coworkers. Tre and Taylor are truly a huge asset to the Planet Fitness team. I’ve been a happy member for many years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Location near the college
