    Generosity in compensating for my error

    I complained about an error in delivery that turned out to be my own mistake. Nonetheless, customer service was kind beyond measure and sent an additional gift package to the correct address. Unforgettable kindness!

    I love receiving and giving the fruit

    I love receiving and giving the fruit. I'm a repeat customer who thinks the ruby red grapefruit is the absolute best I've ever tasted.

    The breakfast gift was great!!

    The breakfast gift was great!! I sent the gift to our daughter and her family for Mother’s Day!! Also ordered the petite fours and the Carmel pecan cake. Everything was delicious and the cake was moist. Thank you 😊

    Shipped on time but middling quality

    Shipped on time. Quality of petit fours was middling at best.

    The oranges were NOT fresh

    The oranges were NOT fresh! One with beginning mold, three more with abrasions, resembling a slight cut. 2 more had soft spots. My intention had been to share the fruit with my neighbors at the retired community where I live. I’ve ordered from you folks before as gifts for relatives in other states. I’m embarrassed to know what they might have looked like. Their acknowledgements did not reports of bruised or softness. I have been quite disappointed with the orange# I ordered for myself. I have taken pictures of a few of the fruit and can send if you like.

    Clementine's …

    I send Clemenines to my best friend in Olympia. She loves actual Clementines..not the "wanna be's" that most grocery stores stock. She has just raves about the flavor,the juice and the great condition they are in coming from Pittman Davis. Wish I could afford a larger package, I'm on Social Security as my only income, I love your products.

    Poor quality grapefruit

    Poor quality grapefruit. 5 of the 16 were rotten and had to be discarded. Smallest (about the size of large orange) of the three places I purchased from. I dint expect to consider them again in the future.

    I ordered a combo of oranges and…

    I ordered a combo of oranges and grapefruit as a gift for a friend. When she received it one of the fruit was molded. She called your customer service and you immediately sent a replacement. That was excellent. Thank you. Will order again from you.

    Grapefruit were small and just average

    Grapefruit were small and just average. 1 had mold growing on it. Discarded of course. Quality lacking with this order.
