    Update; Deceptive Subscription

    After talking to several bots about refunding my non-authorized "subscription" a human finally emailed me. While she was rather polite her message was: we will refund your money IF you remove your Trustpilot review. I have declined to remove my review - just so that if others out there are in the same situation. Complain, complain complain and maybe someone will get back to you - but maybe they won't.

    These people are like Chinese scammers

    These people are like Chinese scammers. They have a hidden, non-refundable, and high-cost auto-renewal for subscriptions I didn't even authorize. I never clicked a box or agreed to a monthly subscription. They wouldn't honor my refund request. SCAMMERS!
