This company is refusing to fix a pipe…
This company is refusing to fix a pipe failure because their definition of failure is broken; however that is not in the warranty contract and I was never notified of that.

Educate your agents
I called in to have my garage door mailbox and my house door re-keyed. The agent told me the mailbox would not be covered under my plan, but that the garage door in the front door would be. I had the technician come out and it was $100 for the service fee. The technician said that he could not do the garage door that I would need to get a garage door technician to come out here, but that’s not what the agent told me on the phone. If the agent would’ve given me the proper information I would’ve just bought a deadbolt for my front door. It would’ve been a lot cheaper. I filed a dispute and I still haven’t heard anything back. It’s been over a week in the meanwhile my card has already been charged and I had to pay $250 for somebody else to come out and get my garage door open.

I paid extra when I signed up to have…
I paid extra when I signed up to have an A/C precheck. But I was also charged $100 service fee to have it done. I was told if I needed anything fixed I would not be charged an additional service fee. The tech did not even check my freon level and did not seem to know what he was doing. He said coils needed cleaning, but refused to check with you to see if that was covered, and left. When I checked with you, I was told it was not covered. But even if it had been, the company was going to charge me another $100 service fee. I was not told any if this when I added the recheck to my plan. I could have had this done by any local company for $59, who would have cleaned my coils then, too, and checked my freon level. With your company, this was a complete rip off money wise and service wise. I will never do this again. When I complained twice to your company, no appropriate compensation or corrected service were given. All completely wrong all the way around.

The trade company
The plumber that was sent to my house did not get the job done. All they talked about was how we needed a clean out install. They talked about how he could get me a discount of $2600. After they left we got our snake out and cleared the obstruction after some work on it.

Service delayed while benefits being determined. No one followed up and it took an unacceptable amount of time and 2 hours of phone time for me following up.
