Fantastic quality
Genuinely impressed with how smooth everything was from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, checkout took seconds, and my package showed up earlier than promised. Will be coming back.

They will getchya with the “kit”
They will getchya with the “kit”. Ask a lot of questions about the kit. What is included in the kit doesn’t last the full 10.5 weeks they claim it will. They include the lowest dose possible. I’ve been taking the med for over a month and the dose for the GLP med is at such a low dose I have lost zero lbs. They charge a $170 fee to be able to speak with a provider at any time for a year.

Literally a 5 star company with the…
Literally a 5 star company with the best prices compared to other online places. And the doctors that prescribe the recommended dosages and prescriptions reviews you bloodwork to the T and don't make mistakes and best part is they don't sell you things you don't need.

Room for improvement
EDIT: The day I left this review, I was contacted by Nuform management. Instead of addressing a single one of my concerns, they informed me they were canceling my account and withdrawing medical care. This was clearly out of retribution for leaving a negative review. They edited their responses with HIPAA violations, so that's one positive result here. Original review: I started trt with Nuform about a month ago and I am starting to see very positive results. I plan on continuing with the company, unless a cheaper legitimate option comes up. That said, there are some specific points where the company could definitely improve. I will update this review as appropriate if improvements are made or if things get worse. 1\. Firstly, I'm very concerned about the apparent HIPAA violations that are here in the manager responses to the negative trust pilot reviews. Revealing details about someone's medical history and treatment is not only illegal, it is highly inappropriate in this context, and it seems like an intimidation tactic to silence critics. When someone leaves a review, they are not consenting for their treatment to be an open discussion on a public forum. This is very off-putting to say the least and heavily compromises overall trust. 2\. Although I don't have any complaints about my specific care team, it is clear that they are pressured to upsell products rather than evaluate and optimize individual health. For example, I was heavily recommended to get on constant injections of gonadorelin in order to maintain a healthy HPT axis while on trt. Upon further research, this will not work at all, and in fact constant use of gonadotropin agonists without regards to pulsatility actually blunts the pituitary response, and similar medications are used to temporarily chemically castrate people. The only way to safely use a medication like this is using a legit medication pump 24/7, which they do not supply. I'm not sure how these wires got crossed, but it seems that this is potentially harmful. 3\. There is no web portal. There is no hub where I can track my progress, upload test results, review orders, or even track shipments of the testosterone. So far, my shipments have arrived unannounced without tracking. I am concerned if this continues that my order will sit in my cluster mailbox unnecessarily at some point. I don't know about everybody else, but I usually track my packages and expect them to arrive at a certain time... Especially a medication. 4\. Unclear pricing. The pricing of the trt, although the cheapest I have found, is not what was published in the offer that I responded to. Additionally, there was a $27 fee which was never mentioned until I had already paid the $170 annual doctor's fee. It's not appropriate to charge people to sign up, and then once they're invested, hit them with fees and different pricing schemes than what was published. The medication I'm receiving does seem legit and comes from a licensed USA pharmacy. This is the important point, and if you're going for the cheapest option and don't need a web portal, are willing to do your own research and form your own plan, then this is potentially a good option despite the drawbacks. I perceive this is a relatively new company, and hopefully they are working on these bugs. Best regards

Hi Ty, We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. First, we want to clarify that our providers do not require patients to take any additional medications or add-ons as part of treatment. During consultations, our providers review a range of potential options that may be used in certain situations and explain why they might be considered. Ultimately, the decision on how to proceed is left entirely up to the patient, with our team providing medical guidance and support so each individual can make the choice that best fits their goals and comfort level. Regarding estrogen blockers, these are not required on our TRT programs. They are only discussed as a potential option and are typically used on an as-needed basis if high-estrogen symptoms or lab results indicate they may be appropriate. Some patients prefer to take them in the beginning to avoid potential side effects while other elect to take them on an as needed basis. Recommendations are based on the specific patient, consultation with provider, medical history, and lab values. We do not have any "one size fits all" treatment plans. In terms of pricing, the $170 annual physician fee covers 12 months of physician oversight and medical care, which works out to about $14 per month. This fee is listed on our website, included on our intake form, and discussed during the initial intake call prior to beginning treatment so patients understand the structure of the program before proceeding. We’re sorry that aspects of the process felt unclear or did not align with what you were hoping for. If you would like to discuss your concerns or the specifics of your case further, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly. You can reach our team at 248-212-0080 at any time. We wish you the best moving forward and appreciate your feedback.

Will definitely buy again
I was skeptical at first based on a few mixed reviews I read elsewhere, but my own experience has been excellent. They handled a small issue quickly and professionally.

Best decision I made
Customer support actually answered my email within a few hours and resolved the issue without any back-and-forth. That alone earns my loyalty. Product itself is exactly as described.

Decent, but room to improve
Decent value for the price. Not the absolute best on the market, but fair and reliable. A few small things could be better but nothing dealbreaking.
