Made it Easy!
This was a quick, easy experience that is a section within the beginning of an online complaint form to Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). The process was simple, Carlos was above and beyond friendly, professional and very helpful. NOTE - ** Save your complaint write up in notes or somewhere if you already began. I had to start over twice. But that has nothing to do with notarize.com. It was the DBPR website logging me out. Notarize.com was awesome $25 to get the ball rolling on a very important complaint that could save pets lives and frustrations and anxiety for pet owners.

Identity verification nightmare
Tried to get a simple document notarized on Notarize and it was a total headache. The identity verification system kept failing, even though I had clear photos of my ID. Spent an hour trying to get it to work before giving up. Really frustrating when you're on a deadline.
