Super Helpful and Timely Customer Service
The customer service team at North Country is top notch. They responded immediately, setup a next day appointment, and kept to the agreed schedule to the minute. Dean was super helpful identifying and resolving the issue I was having with my unit. We were able to talk through the problem and troubleshoot over the phone, step by step. Within a few minutes we had it solved and my unit was working normally. Can't thank Dean and his team enough!

Had a technical issue that my installer…
Had a technical issue that my installer brought up, but Dean with North Country Fire was able to clear up this issue. I've had nothing but great service and support from everyone I've talked with there 6 Stars

Saving the Day!
I bought my fireplace a while ago and it was installed right away. It had a little glitch and time went by without the installer addressing it. I sold my house and had to have the fireplace working perfectly. I called into tech support and Dean worked with my installer to quickly set things to rights. He was very knowledgeable, but also patient and supportive! He represents North Country Fire admirably!
