Way fresher than buying at a local store. I have had bad experiences buying zone brand at local stores, getting pouches that are manufactured a year+ old. The ones I ordered on here were made the same month I ordered. Awesome.

I love the price and basically everything about being able to get my nicotine off of a website. What I don't like is the fed-ex 2 day shipping that requires ID and a signature. Also the delivery time is wild somewhere between 8am and 8pm so I have to be home and not plan on going anywhere for 12 hours on shipping day that is none the less in the middle of the work week. Not sure why I had no other options like before I just did USPS and never had a problem always in my mailbox 3-5 days after I ordered no signature required I figured that was because the age verification was already done on the phone now it doesn't seem to matter except it takes longer to order because everything has to be verified before the order is placed.

Didn’t used to require a SIGNATURE
Didn’t used to require a SIGNATURE! Don’t give good estimate of time for delivery, just ALL DAY WINDOW. Missed first attempt. Delivery takes ridiculously long (about a week).

Never received discounts
When I placed my order, I was told I was going to get a 15% discount and this is the second time that I did not receive that discount from previous orders.
