Never picked up my car and never called me to tell me that.
Mark guaranteed my car would be picked up on the day required. Nobody showed up and nobody from Nexus bothered the call me. I eventually called them to see what was happening and they told me the truck that was scheduled was full. Not sure how it was not full before my pick up and it's full now. Poor communication. False promises.

Do Not Book with this Broker; They Like Most BROKERS Take your money Then they take their Cut & Hand your vehicle off to Non Speaking English Foreigners & Then they tell you to Handle your issue Directly with the Driver when there is Damage to your vehicle, I Can Elaborate more on my Damage, However the Bottom Line is Stay Clear of this Broker
