I waited 45 minutes for my driver
I waited 45 minutes for my driver. He was not waiting in the designated Pick up area. I ordered, and Pain for, a mini van which is 100 €, but the driver showed up in a sedan with poor leg room. The listed Price for a sedan is 60 € so I have asked for a reimbursement, but I have not heard anything from my transfers regarding that. A really bad experience.

Everything perfect
Everything perfect: driver was punctual despite early hour, friendly, drove safely. The car was extremely clean, like new. Children seats were available as ordered. Big car: three adults and 2 children with seats and corresponding luggage would easily fit. Fair price for the service. Strongly recommended!

I would reiterate the booking if needed :)
When we arrived at the airport of Mallorca we've had to wait for the driver because of trafic, so it was quite long with young kids. But the driver was very nice and we arrived safely at the hotel. To leave the hotel, the driver was there in time and he helped us with luggage and everything. It was safe, quick and easy. Thank you :)
